What the add-on accesses

The add-on requests access to your spreadsheets in order to read the spreadsheet you choose to back up and to write the snapshot copy, and access to files it creates in your Google Drive in order to store those snapshots. It does not request access to any other file in your Drive.

Your spreadsheet contents never leave your Google account

Snapshots are created inside your own Google Drive by code running on Google's Apps Script platform. Spreadsheet contents are never transmitted to, stored on, or read by our servers.

What we do store

• • Your email address, to link your Google account to your subscription.
• • Your subscription status and billing period, received from Stripe.
• • If a scheduled backup fails repeatedly, an error message describing the failure. This may include the name of the spreadsheet, but not its contents.

Processors we use

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), [DATABASE PROVIDER] (license storage) and Resend (operational email). Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Sheet Snapshots' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the add-on revokes its access immediately. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] to have your license record deleted. Snapshots already in your Drive belong to you and are not touched.
