Scheduled backups for Google Sheets — and a restore button that actually works.
Sheet Snapshots takes an automatic copy of your spreadsheet on a schedule, files it in a dated Drive archive, and lets you pull any single tab back into the live sheet when someone breaks it.
Google's version history is not a backup
- • It disappears with the file. Delete the spreadsheet, lose the history.
- • It is all-or-nothing. You cannot recover one tab without rolling back everything.
- • It lives inside the same file, so there is no separate dated archive to hand an auditor.
Runs on a schedule
Hourly, daily or weekly. Snapshots keep happening whether or not the sheet is open.
Kept in your own Drive
Snapshots are ordinary spreadsheets in a folder you own. Nothing is stored on our servers.
Restore one tab
Pick a snapshot, pick a tab, and it is copied back alongside your current tabs. Nothing is overwritten.
